About
During my high performance years, I always knew that one day I would continue the power of dance in other young dancer's lives, as a choreographer, teacher and most importantly a mentor with an open mind that embraces inclusivity in the dance studio regardless of gender, race or size.
I founded FrediDanceProject in 2011- the same year I decided to relcote to Lakeland, Florida for a position as co-Artistic Director of Polk County's only professional dance company- Florida Dance Theater.
After a decade run at the company, I knew it was time to spread my wings and give FrediDanceProject a place to call home itself, so I founded Ultimate Dance Center in 2020 through co-ownership, thus giving me a permanet space for Fredi Dance Project.

Born and raised in New York City, Imoved to New York City at the fresh age of 17 to pursue my career as a professional Dancer and reconnect with my family of Puerto Rican descent who immigrated North way before I decided to.
In New York, I trained at the HOME of Modern Dance at the Alvin Ailey Center. After honing my craft I was hired to perform with the elite company, Philadanco in Philadelphia, later Donald Byrd in NYC and then Brucewood Dance in Dallas plus more many inbetween.
